In our Specialty and Premium Coffee line, we carefully handpick only the finest beans. We adhere to organic practices, maintaining sustainable specialty standards and ensuring ethical sourcing and processing. Currently, we are actively pursuing certifications in organic, RFA, and FT Sustainable Standards.
Our coffee offerings represent our pride, our heritage, and our commitment to excellence. Each bean tells a story of tradition, craftsmanship, and sustainability, ensuring a truly exceptional coffee experience for our valued customers.

Roasted Coffees
We approach roasting with a deep appreciation for the art and science of excellent coffee, always striving to bring out the best in each bean.
We offer four distinct roasting types:
half roast
medium roast
semi-dark roast
and darker roast
Each roasting type imparts unique characteristics to the coffee, including body profile, acidity, and flavor. The choice of roast depends on the preferences of our clients and the specific demands of different coffee markets.
With a steadfast commitment to quality and precision, we meticulously craft each batch of coffee to deliver a rich and satisfying experience with every cup. Our roasting process is powered by
cutting-edge technology and a commitment to sustainability. Our 5kg capacity roaster uses fluid bed roasting, a state-of-the-art method that ensures precise control and consistent results. Equipped with a screen monitor, our roaster monitors the coffee profile and autonomously adjusts the roasting process for optimal flavour development.
With a capacity to roast up to 30kgs of coffee per hour, our electric roaster is not only fast and efficient, but also environmentally friendly. After roasting to the desired profile, the coffee is cooled by air on the cooling drum, maintaining its freshness and flavour.

Once cooled, the coffee is carefully packaged in environmentally friendly silver-coated bags, complete with a valve to preserve freshness. Branded under NASAAGA Coffee, our roasted coffees are available in various packaging sizes ranging from 500gms to 1kg, catering to different distribution centers and markets.
Additionally, we have begun roasting our coffee locally, using readily available resources such as firewood and saucepans. After roasting, we grind and pack the coffee into 50gm, 120gm, and 250gm packages under the brand name of NASAAGA Coffee.

The NASAAGA Coffee Demonstration Farm
Located in one of Uganda's most remote coffee areas, on top of Bukyabo's mountain, a part of Mount Elgon, the NASAAGA Coffee Demonstration Farm is a beacon for sustainable coffee farming.
Owned by Nasaaga Investments (u) ltd, the demonstration farm trains over 732 coffee farmers and more across the region, as part of the scheme that includes NASCOF and Sipi Sustainable Coffee Farmers Association.
The demonstration farm is overseen by a dedicated team of 4 women and 6 youth, who care for a total of 157,496 trees aged between 5 and 25 years. They manage organisational activities and administration at both the farm and the office. Farm management and ownership are in the hands of the farmers themselves, with guidance from our technical team.
The demonstration farm also assists farmers facing training challenges. By managing their farms temporarily, they aim to boost yield and quality, supporting vulnerable families and fostering sustainable coffee production.
